Job Description

Principali attività nel ruolo

Effettuare ispezioni, riparazioni e processi di manutenzione per tutti i componenti dell'albergo

Intervenire con efficacia e tempestività su malfunzionamenti di piccola entità, in accordo con l'operatività dell'hotel, per garantire un servizio di qualità al cliente

Collaborare con ditte esterne, a cui sono affidate alcune attività di manutenzione ordinaria o straordinaria, promuovendo l'efficienza e la qualità degli interventi e dei lavori

Work Experience

Si richiedono:

- almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo o provenienza dal settore tecnico/ impiantistico

- conoscenze tecniche operative che consentano interventi in ambito impiantistico (elettrotecnico e termoidraulico)

- ottima manualità e attitudine al lavoro di squadra

- attitudine alla risoluzione in autonomia dei problemi

- capacità organizzative e di pianificazione

- capacità di gestione di problematiche tecniche in condizioni di stress o di emergenza

E' gradita esperienza come manutentore in strutture alberghiere di rilievo
