Are you able to deliver great service ? ibis London Docklands Canary Wharf is looking for multi skilled part time and full time team members to join the team.

Your missions will be:

• Welcoming guests as soon as they arrive day and night with great care and attention, providing a friendly and personal welcome for guests and remains attentive to their needs
• Ensures that administrative procedures never take priority over guest relations
• Making reservations, check in and out of guests
• Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration
• Has an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel
• Offers attentive service and adapts to any constraints guests may have
• Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty and gain customer loyalty through the high standard of service
• Promotes the Food and Beverage services
• Completes all tasks linked to the guest's arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures
• Handles phone calls and e-mails
• Passes information on as necessary to other departments (floor staff, technical etc) and to other members of the team
• Ensures that all the documents, products and provisions needed for the department and/or guests are available and up-to-date
• Prepares and serves snacks or breakfasts
• Ensures the working areas are clean
• Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks provides a response as soon as possible, respecting the Ibis 15-minutes guarantee
