Are you proactive? Are you self-driven whilst being able to work within a team?

We are looking for a multi skilled team member to join our team !

This is what your main role will be (list non-exhaustive) :

• Welcoming and helping our guests throughout their journey in our hotel,
• Check in and check out of the guests,
• Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay,
• Taking reservation in a polite and friendly manner,
• Dealing with emails, prepare arrival and departures and take payments,
• Inviting our guests to our loyalty program,
• Helping with breakfast as well as bar and restaurant, take order and prepare quick food,
• Handling cash and cards and making sure everything is balancing,
• Covid19 procedures : making sure everyone is safe
• Closing the day

Other information :

• Shifts will be 8 hours and can be early/late 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm.
• Permanent with 16 Hours
• Starting : Immediate
• It will be convenient if you drive to work due to limited public transport to the hotel.

Work Experience

We are looking for a team member that is :

• Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills,
• Strong team player,
• Positive with a can-do attitude,
• Flexible with working hours is essential,
• Previous experience in customer service is essential,
• Can work under pressure,
