Ibis Liverpool Centre Albert Dock

Job Description

Ibis Liverpool Centre Albert Dock is looking for a part-time Night Auditor (4 days a week), hourly rate £10,61.

Your main responsibilities will be;

Providing a warm and personal welcome for all guests who arrive at night
Anticipate guests' needs and take them into consideration also following up on any customer requests (wake up calls, taxi, breakfast, etc)
Contributing to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service
Being responsible for the hotel once the daytime managers are off duty
Ensuring the safety and security of the property and its people (night patrols etc)
Applying the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc)
Preparing breakfast food for the morning
