Job Description

Join our five star luxury property, located in the heart of beautiful Queenstown and assist in the operations of the Front Office Team.

We are currently looking for a professional, motivated individual who has a passion for customer service to join our team as a Night Auditor/Night Cleaner for an immediate start

Responsibilities include:

Effectively undertake the daily reconciliation of the Hotel's trading.
Provide quality service to the guest by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously
Ensure smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, ensuring property safety and security, and maintaining maximum guest satisfaction.
Maintain the cleanliness of the Public Areas and carry out regular cleaning duties.

Work Experience

Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably including 5 star experience.
Full, clean valid New Zealand drivers license is essential.
Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Opera or a similar property management system preferred
