Job Description For Night receptionist
Ibis Rugby East
Job Description
The role of the Night Auditor is to welcome the guests the Ibis Rugby East in line with the Welcome Project - to undertake the arrivals/departures of the guests and provide service in the Breakfast Restaurant whilst ensuring the stay of the guests at the hotel is above their expectations. Shifts are from 9 pm to 7 am in the morning, 4 on 4 off
. Overview of duties
Welcomes guests who arrive late and takes care of them until their departure
- Contributes to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service in line with norms and procedures
- Is responsible for the hotel once the daytime managers are off duty
- Helps the department meet its quantitative and qualitative targets
- Ensures the safety of property and people Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible
- Makes every effort to meet customers' needs to conclude a sale
- Follows up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making check-in/out operations easier for the front desk team
