To handles all incoming and outgoing calls on the PABX and service consoles promptly, efficiently and courteously.
To assist guest and hotel executives to make a long distance calls via operator and make out charge vouchers accurately.
To handles "Wake-Up Call" accurately and efficiently.
To handles incoming telexes and transmit to addressees promptly.
To handle the in-house music and movie system.
To report to the Telecommunication Manager or Duty Manager of any irregular incidents and guests complaints immediately.
To takes all messages for the guests and hotel executives and process messages for guests through the computer system.
To maintain the cleanliness and good order of the working area.
