What you will be doing: - Understand the Fairmont Gold Vision and how it relates to superior guest service
- Maintain the current year's action Plan based on the previous VOG results.
- Promote Health and Safety in the workplace.
- Foster positive working relationships within and outside of the department.
- Ensure details of the Fairmont Gold service standards are maintained as outlined in the Fairmont Gold Corporate Standards Manual.
- The set up and maintenance of a deluxe continental breakfast in the Fairmont Gold lounge, including the cleaning of all tables and washing of all dishes.
- All the operations of a front desk agent including concierge, check-in and check out, room blocking, credit checks, posting of charges, guest history maintenance.
- Complete daily inspections of all rooms to be occupied and the quality control of turndown service.
- Complete the set-up and maintenance of an honour bar in the lounge in the afternoon and evening.
- Daily or weekly ordering and stocking of linen, liquor and food.
Your experience and skills include: - College diploma and/or previous positions providing a good background
- Warm engaging personality
- Energetic, motivated
- Works well under pressure

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently
