- Pulisce e riordina stoviglie e attrezzature da cucina
- Garantisce che la cucina sia mantenuta pulita e l'ordine durante il processo di lavaggio e stoccaggio
- Controlla il buon funzionamento degli impianti di lavaggio
- Contribuisce alla soddisfazione e alla sicurezza degli ospiti rispettando gli standard e le procedure igieniche
