Astore is our Global Procurement Organization which covers all products & services needed by our clients to address their daily operational needs or one-shot construction and renovation projects.

The Northern Europe (NE) Astore team is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and promoting its products and services in UK, Belux, the Netherland, DACH, Poland, Hungary and Romania.

In the last few years, the Procurement team has placed the digital transformation in its top priorities, aiming to support the internal team from sourcing to selling, and to ease the entire procurement process of our Accor hotels and non-Accor partners.

Our Northern Europe Procurement organization is looking for a Procurement Digital & E-commerce Manager, based in London.

Reporting to Global digital transformation director, you will have an in-depth understanding of the Procurement activities and our digital roadmap. You will be working in an international team and with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

You will be acting as a transformation manager and will be a key coordinator between the Group Digital team and the localized procurement teams in the region.

The candidate will have a regional digital role with an important anchorage in UK, Belux and Netherland as well as a strong focus on the eOrdering platforms provided to our customers.

Your main missions will be to :

• Closely monitor the run activities and the development of our eOrdering platforms

• • Supervise the onboarding process of local suppliers so that they can fully operate on the eOrdering tools (ownership of the onboarding strategy, coordination between suppliers, onboarding teams and category managers, and content quality)
  • Onboard hotels and clients onto the tools, coordinate the deployment with the local sales teams and activation of accounts with suppliers.
  • Conduct necessary analysis to boost hotel usage and, optimize the quality of service provided by our suppliers as well as their sales performance
  • Develop our communication/marketing plan around our digital tools (help our category managers to sell new offers...)

• Lead the digital transformation in the Northern Europe Procurement Organization
  • Supervise the local implementation of our procurement tools within NE countries by monitoring the roll-out progresses, pain points and next steps
  • Ensure business and technical coordination by being a key point of contact for the local procurement teams and the group digital team
  • Understand the context and challenges of the local markets to influence the global digital roadmap

• Improve the awareness and adoption of our tools towards our clients and internal teams

• • Drive the local knowledge sharing and ensure the continuous training of our internal and external stakeholders paying a close attention to their needs
  • Support and challenge our external and internal stakeholders on the adoption of the digital tools
  • Act as a key business partner of the outsourced Support Centre to define and improve support processes, monitor the quality delivered to our customers and suppliers

• Previous successful experience in deploying digital tools in an international context and excellent project manager with significant communication capabilities
• Have an understanding of hospitality needs compared to other markets, especially P2P within a B2B environment
• Customer-oriented, with the ability to generate strong engagement and to influence senior business stakeholders, by providing key insights to balance priorities and risks
• Pro-active, take initiatives and ownership of the projects, and constantly seek for continuous improvement of processes and quality
• Analytical mind and considerable capacity for synthesis. Ability to make decisions and to explore operational issues to find solutions.
• Fluent English is a must, Dutch, French or German is a plus

• Proficient with Microsoft 365, collaborative tools and ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk...)
• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, Mirakl...
• Knowledge in GoogleAnalytics, PowerBI and CMS are a plus
