Job Description

• Ensure working knowledge of all hotel public areas, front of the house and back of always clean and follow up hotel standard.

• To take care about the landscape and water the plan daily in all public area.

• Ensure cleaning schedules are completed in a routine and timely manner

• To be aware and have knowledge how to use each chemical and purpose for each kind.

• To be aware and have knowledge how to use and maintain all housekeeping machine.

• To make sure all are clean To maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of F&B outlets, offices, and public areas ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by our hotel.

• To work on a rotation basis within the Housekeeping department.

• To shampoo and upkeep carpets upholstery and hard flooring in accordance to hotel standards

• To assist in other areas (for example; Linen room or assist Room Attendants as required.

• High school education
• Good oral proficiency in both Vietnamese & English language
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
