Job Description
You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects.
What you will be doing:
- To act as a professional activity including all activities involved in obtaining materials at minimum cost
- To analyst the supply, demand, and prices and to assess the local events as they affect materials
- To develop the purchasing policies, procedures, and plans
- Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties
- Serve as a principal source of information for the team
- Prepare and maintain your department's records
- Provide interim administrative support for the Purchasing Department
Work Experience
Our experience and skills include:
- Co-operate with all organizations and persons engaged in activities designed to enhance the development and standing of purchasing
- Familiar with Materials Control System, mastering of Ms. Office, and understand Capex and Opex process very well
- Have a relevant degree and minimum 2-3 year experience in similar position 4/5 star hotel.
- Hotel Accor experience will be advantage
