Job Description

articipa no arranjo da sala de refeições, de acordo com as características do serviço e executar, preparando as mesas e dispondo adequadamente os couverts;
Obtém as informações relativas à ementa, à carta de restaurante, à carta de vinhos e à organização do trabalho/distribuição de tarefas;
Atende os clientes na sala de refeições, assegurando a ligação com a cozinha;

Executa os serviços de cafetaria e o serviço de mesa em situações especiais;
Procede ao acolhimento e atendimento dos clientes;
Encaminha reclamações de clientes tendo em conta a necessidade de assegurar um bom clima relacional;
