Job Description
Hotel with 99 rooms in Tours center, is looking for a receptionist (man or woman) to join a dynamic and warm team.
in fixed-term fixed-term contracts
Duties:
Record customer reservations
Welcome and take care of the client during his stay
Ensures a personalized welcome for customers and creates a friendly atmosphere and ensures the smooth running of the customer's stay
He/She contributes to the permanent satisfaction of the customers by ensuring a quality service in compliance with standards and procedures as well as the law in force.
Ensures the safety of property and people within the hotel
Work Experience
Fluency in English mandatory and another language will be a plus
Sense of service and hospitality
Passion for the customer
Very good relationship, excellent communication (internal and customer)
Organization and rigor
Flexibility and versatility
Beginner accepted
Mastery of PMS FOLS would be a plus
