Repair & Maintenance-HVAC Licensed
Fairmont San Juan Hotel Repair & Maintenance-HVAC Licensed is responsible for the overall maintenance of the guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel.

What you will be doing:

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property's facilities and equipment
• Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
• Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Repairs and/or replaces items such as light bulbs, lamps, fixtures, receptacles, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, filters, A/C machines, tile work, paint, furniture, wall coverings, caulking, grouting, or other miscellaneous items
• Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment, such as boilers, chillers, HVAC-Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, electrical, etc.
• Dedicated to ensure the correct maintenance of: The guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas in perfect state, to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel. These assignments relate to a variety of trades that include, but are not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering and masonry.
• Inspects guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house for areas to repair, touch up or replace

Your experience and skills include:

EDUCATION

• Vocational or Technical school graduate.
• Ability to speak English and Spanish
• Computer knowledge (windows platform)

LICENSES

Puerto Rico License on HVAC

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
• At least seven to eight years of progressive experience in hotel or related field required.
• Some hospitality experience preferred.
