The Accor Apartments & Realty hotel support and guest experience centre (ALLRes) is situated right in the heart of Surfers Paradise in our Corporate Offices. Our Reservation Support Consultants provide a critical link between the Guest, our Hotels that we service and the ALLRes team and are responsible for solving a variety of reservation and guest issues.
