About the Role
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the food and beverage areas to obtain customer satisfaction while meeting the departmental budget. You will also:
- Be an efficient, friendly and professional provider of food and beverage service
- Provide for guests and patrons an experience and environment that exceeds their expectations.
- Be a champion for revenue generating initiatives, driving team results
- Be a passionate trainer, thriving on team success
- Lead your team through enthusiasm and example
- Support Restaurant & Operation Managers in other key areas of the complex
About You
- A true desire to provide impeccable service
- A creative, resilient and enthusiastic personality
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- The ability to be curious and listen to guests and the drive to make the impossible happen
- Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients
- A high standard of grooming and presentation
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends
- Experience with Shiji advantageous
