Job Description
-To manage everything from the administrative tasks and reports in the F&B office.
-Maintaining F&B records & forms as prescribed by the hotel policies & procedures.
-Planning ahead duties, events, projects to ensure that all deadline be met.
Ensuring that he schedules himself to be available and on duty during peak period
Work Experience
-At least 3 years experience in Food & Beverage in the management level.
-Knowledgeable of Food & Beverage Strategy Planning & Implement.
-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good command of English communication and computer literate.
