Job Description
Ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining its good reputation and ethos.
You'll coordinate a variety of activities, whatever the size or type of the outlet, and are responsible for the
restaurant's business performance, quality standards and health and safety.
Carry out Duty Management shifts accordingly DM ROTA and business needs
Work Experience
Preferably 1-2 years experience in hospitality
Experience working in an award winning restaurant
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
