Is a self-motivated, outgoing and fun individual, ready to join a young lifestyle team
Wants to lead a Craft Restaurant by providing exceptional service for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Likes working closely with the Culinary team
Thrives on the commercial success of their operation
Prepares weekly and monthly forecast updates according to the business
Supports preparing the yearly budget for Craft
Restaurant and an entire Food & Beverage department, including Capex process
Has experience in concept creation and creativity
Provides constant leadership, counselling, advice and feedback to the peers & champions a training culture
Work Experience
What you should bring with you
Degree, or equivalent education in hospitality management, with a focus on food and beverage
Previous leadership experience in food & beverage required, minimum 3 years of experience as a leader
Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in English a must (written and verbal)
Charismatic leader and trainer with solid motivational and teamwork skills
Destination restaurant and Banqueting experience is a must
