What you will be doing:
- Manages operation of the outlet and ensures guest satisfaction at all times.
- Attends and conducts daily briefings, trains and monitors performance of staff.
- Responsible for the scheduling and rotation of outlet staff to provide full coverage, maximize productivity and efficient service.
- Ensures adherence to HACCP and FSMS standards
- Graduate of a Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or any related field.
- Minimum of three ( 3 ) years relevant experience in large scale F&B operations.
- Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety Management System & P&L.
- Effective communication, guest relations and leadership skills.
