Job Description For Revenue Analyst & Reservation Manager / Revenue Manager

Mercure Miri City Centre, Malaysia

Job Description

You will join the pre-opening team and be instrumental in the setup of your department, This position is responsible for maximizing room revenue contribution through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate therein. This position will also manage the reservation team

Work Experience

Prior experience in Revenue Management required, minimum of 3 years. Hotel experience such as sales/front office or reservations would be beneficial
Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management or similar a plus
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Sound understanding of revenue and distribution platforms, programs, and channels
Previous experience with Accor a plus
Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about your chosen career
Hotel pre-opening experience or work in a lifestyle hotel would be an advantage
Switched on and always up to date with what is happening in the market.
