Room Attendant
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Room Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:

• Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
• Take ownership of guests' privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
• Performing turndown duties as required to set standards
• Stocking of linen carts
• Report any repairs or maintenance required in rooms promptly to the Housekeeping Office
• Stocking of Guest Room Mini-bars
• Proper usage of cleaning products including wearing all required Personal Protective equipment
• Following all training provided on Safe Work Practices and job procedures to ensure a safe, environment for all guests and colleagues
• Be security conscious and report any unusual and suspicious people to the Housekeeping Office
• Promptly report any lost and found property to the Housekeeping Office
• Must adhere and know Emergency/Fire Procedure responsiblities towards the hotel and our Guests.

Your experience and skills include:

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal; strong organizational and time-management skills
• Previous cleaning or Housekeeping experience in a similar sized hotel would be an asset
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
