Job Description For Room Service Captain

Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the hotel's Room Service operation.
- Supervise all Room Service personnel.
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
- Organize all documentation for shift work on a daily basis including pre-shift reports, daily training topics, shift floor plan, requisitions for beverage & food.
- Ensure compliance with In Room dining SOP's.
- Ensure the training of employees on SOP's
- Supervise the room service area in order to attract, retain, and motivate the employees.
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the amenity set-up and delivery.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of In-Room Dining areas and work areas
Work Experience
- The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
- Strong communication skills
- Someone with apparent energy and a positive attitude, that they will bring with them to every single shift
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English
