Rooms Controller
As a Rooms Controller, you have the opportunity to ensure proper guest room selection and knowledge of the hotel will ensure our guests have a lasting memory of their visit.

What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Director of Front Office, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for blocking of all rooms and suites and accounting for all special requests on reservations.
- Monitor, block and balance our specialty product inventory to proactively maximize revenue and ensure proper allocations based on requests.
- Daily monitor room and suite moves and queue processes to improve arrival experience.
Your experience and skills include:
- Ability to work through situations methodically and logically.
- Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in busy or tense situations.
- Be able to maneuver around Front Desk area for long periods of time.
