What you will be doing:

• Responsible for creating robust training programs for the Rooms Division
• Responsible for training with the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Guest Services, Royal Service, Reservations, and Health Club
• Establish and maintain constructive, supportive, and professional colleague reclationships
• Progressive evaluation of staff performance in collaboration with departmental managers
• Assist departmental managers with the recruitment and pre-screening process of candidates
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous hospitality leadership experience required
• 3 years of Rooms Division experience, preferably in a 4-5 star property
• Computer literate in Property Manager and Microsoft Windows applications required
• Strong organization and communication skills necessary
• Proven ability to successfully lead and motivate a large team

Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:

• Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40+ lbs
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
