Sales Coordinator
You will be promoting a memorable experience in an authentic and iconic location as the Sales Coordinator. You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team with a high level of accuracy. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update the team on your various projects, all the while building strong relationships, ensuring your clients will always stay with Fairmont Century Plaza.

What you will be doing:

• Organize and offer accurate administrative support, follow procedures and perform necessary support duties for the Sales team
• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and clients, and serve as a principal source of information for the Sales team
• Prepare and maintain your department's records
• Perform tasks always with the goal of allowing the Sales Managers maximum time with their customers selling

Your experience and skills include:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple tasks
• Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
• Competency using a variety of computer software including Micros, and various digital platforms required
• University or college degree in related discipline or two years equivalent work experience
• Previous hotel or resort experience is preferred
