Job Description

• To gain new accounts while maintaining and prospecting established accounts under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales
• Oversee and implement all sales activities in the specific area of responsibility.
• Promotes hotel to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions to update with the different local markets.
• Ensure that complete details are recorded.
• Provides essential two-way communication link between the Hotel and the client at all times in order to create and maintain costumers goodwill. If appropriate and possible introduce various key personnel when the clients are in- house.
• Liaise closely with all Departments within the Hotel, Front Office, Food & Beverage and Banqueting, instantly follow up new sales leads and report at the regular sales meeting.
• Prepare Sales call plan on weekly, monthly basic. Records all sales calls done in-house or outside on the weekly sales report, and submit them to the Director of Sales for discussions.
• Discuss the sales call program for the following week with the Director of Sales on weekly basis.

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
• Vocational certificate or Diploma in marketing studies, or degree in hotel management
• Positive spirit of conquest attitude
• Highly motivated & ability to work under pressure
