Job Description

• Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales, implements all sales activities and maximizes business opportunities in his / her specific area of responsibility. .
• To set Sales and Marketing strategy for the hotel including sales strategy, pricing strategy, promotion, competition, branding, product and services.
• To foresee the market status based on the result of research and information gathering, to set the Sales & Marketing strategy for the hotel in short and long term.
• To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
• To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment.

• Must have minimum years' experience in a similar role, within an international brand.
• Good at writing and communication in English.
• Excellent skills In Customer Service and Public Relations.
• Leadership and well organized.
• Experience in team management.
