- Manage sales activities in line with the annual sales and marketing plan to achieve/exceed budget in executing the sales strategy of the Hotel.
- Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
