Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

-Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises

-Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations

-To undertake full responsibility of the security personnel for managing and to enforce security policies and procedures in accordance with guidelines and ensure compliance to all local regulations.

-To assist department of the property in developing and training hotel associates in firefighting, fire evacuation.

-To investigate, review and follow up on all incidents, loss & accident reports.

-To perform daily administration of hotel's key control program.

-To be responsible for the life safety policies and procedures as dictated.

-To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Security Department and should eff ectively enforce hotel's rule and regulations.

Work Experience

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

-Knowledge of local Health, Safety & Security Protocols & Procedures

-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

-Highly responsible & reliable

-Relevant security experience in a luxury resort is an asset.

-Fully conversant with resort fire & life safety/emergency procedures, CPR and First Aid Management.

-Excellent communications skills, both in written and verbal is required.

-Strong user knowledge of safety and security equipment.

-Proficient in MS Office.
