What you will be doing:
Lead and manage all aspects of the Security departments and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
Report to the operation manager .
Design and assist in implementing the Hotel Policies and procedures on security matters.
Organises Security Department in such manner to fulfil the requirements for security as set forth by the Management and to advise Management on security related matters.
Direct relation with the local authorities . Acts according to the general Hotel Policies and keeps the General Manager informed on a regular basis. Responsible to introduce the General Manager to the VIP decision makers within the local authorities.
Must assist all Department Heads under his control in the accomplishment of their objectives.
Liaises with local law enforcement and Fire & Safety officials.
Assisting the management in implementing, supervising and implementing the Operational Standards as well as the Mövenpick "Standards for Security" .
Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
