Job Description
-Responsible for cooking of given section
-Follow supervisor instructions to produce food as per business
-Ensures recipes are followed all the time
-Ensures cooking technics and tools are used correctly
-Ensure have enough mis en plan as per supervisor instruction
-Knowledge of menu items and mis en plan check list
-Check all mis en plan before meal time - line check
-Cooperate with CDP smooth running of the shift
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
-Good oral and written English communication skills
-HACCP and Food Hygiene knowledge
-Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
-Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
