Job Description
- Supervise and ensure a smooth food production in the respective area and section assigned
- Assist the Executive Chef in producing a creative menu and cycle
- Creating optimum customer satisfaction by providing the highest standard of food quality and presentation
- Staying current on developing trends in the restaurant industry
- Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating, and delivery
- Overseeing operations, including area and equipment maintenance, area cleanliness and food hygiene, and efficiency
