What you will be doing:
In conjunction with the Head Chef, supervises the different sections of the kitchen
Manages stock and assist in ordering in line with our groups purchasing policy
Contributes to the improvement of costs and ratios while maintaining a high standard of service
Your experience and skills include:
Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine
Demonstrate accomplished technical know-how
Experience in team management
Knowledge of HACCP standards
