Job Title

Responsible for the overall cleanliness and repair of all spa departments and to ensure maximum efficiency, safety and uncompromised attention to guest/member service. Responsible to train and supervise the staff

What you will be doing:

The Spa HK Supervisor's responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of all equipment, of the overall spa facilities.
• Assist in the operation of all spa departments as required:

• Salon
• Front Desk/Reception
• Boutique
• Sales and Marketing

• Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times.
• Maintain locker rooms in a tidy manner.
• Check and clean lockers when needed.
• Direct members/guests to appointments and assist them in every way possible.
• Assist members/guests with use of sauna, steam whirlpool etc.

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience is a must
• Good communication skills in addition to a good command of English Language
• Team player, highly responsible and reliable
