Job Description

- Being approachable and welcoming to all members and guests;

- Meet/greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service;

- Monitor the members and guests profiles as to membership status and expiry; and

- Anticipating and resolving the issues of Members and Guests; including ensuring and complaints or feedback are handled sensitively or escalated where required.

Work Experience

- Service focused personality is essential, and high level of attention to detail;

- Ability to communicate clearly, actively listen to others and respond with respect;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;

- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English; able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus; and

- Previous experience in a fitness center environment is desirable.
