Passionate about Kitchen and F&B operations? As a Steward you will work with your team to ensure the smooth operations of the Stewarding, Kitchen and F&B departments.

What you will be doing:
- To keep an updated and complete inventory of all related operation equipment in the assigned kitchen section and ensure minimum breakage and spoilage.
- Maintain the upkeep of the food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk in fridge's, kitchen utensils and related items.
- To work closely with the kitchen team members to ensure the smooth operations of the outlets.
- Follow HACCP and safety procedures in line with the hotel's standards accordingly.

Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
