What you will be doing:

• Ability to work a variety of shifts as this is a 24 hour operational department
• Lead, teach, coach and inspire the team of Stewarding Attendants, Sanitation & Recycling Attendants, Night Cleaners, and Outlet Stockers
• Complete and review all Kitchen and Banquet Set-ups and ensure that they are completed accurately and on time
• Preform quarterly inventory of china, glassware, silverware, and report variances and discrepancies
• Create and input weekly schedule on excel, Watson, and Time Enterprise platforms
• Uphold the highest level of hygiene and sanitation regulations, ensuring that all equipment in the kitchens and dishwashing areas are clean and in good working order
• Ordering cleaning supplies
• Input work orders on items needing repair
• Audit colleagues to follow and adhere to ALLSAFE health and safety protocols
• When required, drive the 1-ton delivery van to ensure food and supplies are delivered to the correct location in a timely fashion
• All other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous leadership experience in Stewarding field required
• Proven organizational and coaching skills
• Class 5 Driver's License, with a comfort level driving a company vehicle of up to 1-ton
• Updated drivers abstract
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications word, excel, power point
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Standing, walking throughout shift; Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, ascending or descending ladders, stairs
