Presentation of the environment
Within the Accor Digital Factory, the Tribe Business Travel, Leisure, Groups & Sales Digital Operations mission is to drive the growth of M&E, Leisure, Groups and Corporate business by building and improving a set of digital tools & platforms addressing the needs of guest, partners, Accor sales teams and hotels.
The Tribe manages a large number of assets in order to:

Job Overview
The TAGS subject matter expert is the reference for administration and business team for day to day topics and questions about TAGS ecosystem. He is leading administration team organizing them around priorities and ensuring smooth transition from project mode to "run mode".
He is favored contact from business team (corporate and country teams) when it's about "how do I" or "how can I" questions.
Role and responsibilities
Collaboratively with the Tech Lead you will:
- Pilots offshored administration team (KPI, SLAs)
- Supervise and monitor day to day activity to prevent incidents
- Ensure smooth transitions from project delivery to "run" mode.
- Collaborate on administration SOPs with administration and corporate business teams

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of hotel industry and in particular group business
Strong listening and retranscription capabilities as he is the interface between functional and technical teams.
Client satisfaction oriented
Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines
Dedication and willingness towards continuous improvement and learning new skills and capabilities
Fluent in French & English
