Talent & Culture Coordinator - Casual/On Call

What you will be doing: - Performing the day-to-day administration of the Talent & Culture office, including filing, answering telephones and responding to voice messages, mailing, scanning and photocopying, etc.
- Fostering and promoting positive colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun
- Acting as an ambassador of our brand and role model for our company values of Trust, Respect, Guest Passion, Innovation, Sustainable Performance, and Spirit of Conquest
- Consistently offering welcoming, professional and proactive service to all visitors of the Talent & Culture office
- Monitoring the T&C Support inbox and responding to inquiries within 24 hours, providing follow-up as needed
- Entering data, running reports, and conducting audits on regular basis
- Ensuring accuracy in employee file administration in timely, organized and efficient manner
- Responding to reference and employee information requests
- Creating nametags, Employee IDs, and coordinating all other employee supplies
- Coordinating locker inventory and conducting regular locker audits
- Assisting colleagues with technical support and email account trouble-shooting
- Creating new hire files and closing out employment files
- Maintaining a confidential organized filing system
- Preparing and circulating birthday cards and posters before the 1st of each month
- Maintaining office appearance, general tidying and ordering T&C office supplies
- Assisting in the coordination of colleague recognition events, social events, company perks, and acting as the T&C representative and/or Chair for Hotel Committees
- Complying with HR standards and executing action plans to improve processes/procedures with goal of achieving 100% on corporate audits
- Taking meeting minutes and communicating to T&C team
- Updating Colleague Communication Boards, TVs, and Social Media platforms on a regular basis and display high quality and updated communication
- Supporting the Talent & Culture team on any other tasks and projects as assigned
