Job Description

- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of team member work results by training managers to coach and discipline team members

- Work with leadership to design and develop programs,communications, events, workshop, etc

-Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and core competencies for all positions

Work Experience

-Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Law or related field

-Minimum 2 years professional experience in the same position

-Good English, excellent communication skills and computer literate
