Are you a real morning person? Would you like to work in a large hotel with 644(!) rooms located right next to Schiphol Airport? Do you make sure that our guests feel welcome through your hospitality and that they can enjoy a delicious breakfast? We are looking for an enthusiastic employee for breakfast at ibis Amsterdam Airport, are you the one who will join our great team!?

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Team member breakfast who starts the day with enthusiasm every morning. You start your day by tidying up the breakfast room together with your colleagues before the arrival of the guests. You ensure that the set-up is correct, everything is clean and the buffet is ready. You are also expected to be hospitable and to be able to answer the guests if they have any questions. We are also looking for someone who is attentive and maintains the buffet for guests during use by replenishing items, refilling fruit juices and keeping the breakfast buffet in an orderly and presentable condition.

Work Experience

What will you be doing?

As a Team member Breakfast you are responsible for setting up breakfast for the guests. You do this by neatly setting up the required ready-made products (bread, meat products, cheese, etc., milk products, butter, confectionery/cereal products, etc. and egg products). You check at arrival if the guests have already paid for their breakfast via their room number or voucher. If they have not yet paid/ it is not included by their room, you know how to draw up and settle a bill. You also ensure that the breakfast buffet is replenished during use and you communicate with the supervisor about the status of the work stocks.
