Job Description For Tech Lead HRIS Projects (F/M)

Role purpose

The T&C Tech Lead will report to the VP Tech for Accor Teams and will act as a tech partner for the T&C function.

By combining technical and business HR expertise, he/she will be the technical point of contact in Accor Tech for the T&C team, and will liaise and engage with other Accor Tech departments to involve the resources in the T&C projects.

He/she will be responsible for delivering projects and running systems for the T&C function, as well as working closely with the T&C team to evolve and transform their core information system, while supporting the Accor Tech strategy roadmap.

Activities

Act as single point of contact for T&C team
Ensure T&C roadmap consistency with the Accor Tech strategy
Take leadership on all T&C tech-related questions and tasks
Supervise Run of T&C applications (liaising with IT OPS and Security)

Supervise Build delivery of T&C projects and evolutions
Own T&C technical financials and be accountable for optimizing Run costs and delivering Build in line with budget
Ensure innovation watch to suggest relevant T&C information system evolution
Manage T&C systems delivery managers

Qualifications and experience

A good degree from an engineering school
Director level - 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a tech lead role
Mix of technical and HR background
Extensive functional knowledge of leading HR digital solutions available on the market

Experience in agile projects or organizations
Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in a global and complex environment
Adaptability to complex and multi-layers organizations
Reliability and get things done mindset
Follow-through on commitments
