Within the Accor Digital Factory, the Tribe Brands mission is to develop the best digital experiences of our brand websites with a booking and stay experience that differentiates it from the other channels.
The Tribe manages the digital experience of a large portfolio of brands (over 10) with some iconic brands such as Raffles, Fairmont, Orient Express, Sofitel, ... and is focused to develop revenues and boost local & augmented hospitality experience.
The main pillars of our strategy rely on:
- Deliver premium, intuitive, immersive user path by promoting hotel services to push upsell
- Provide a simplified experience with a mobile first strategy
- Offer a tailor-made digital experience cross brand by providing personalization offers and services
That's why we just launched a Brand Web Site (BWF) initiative to allow brands to launch & manage more efficiently their customer journey, through websites, personalization, marketing.
BWF is a combination of people and tools, that will help Brands to generate new revenues, express their identity and manage a personalized communication with their guests. It relies on the best-in-class Adobe Content Management Solutions (Adobe AEM). Job Overview
The Tech Lead Third Party is the owner of the relationship with a supplier (e.g., Service center) and ensures a successful outsourced delivery of products & features. He has the ability to work with suppliers and challenges on technical choices.
The Tech Lead Third Party works closely with all team members to create a modular, scalable solution that addresses/incorporates future architectural changes and designs.

This role will report to the Tribe Tech Lead and. Role and responsibilities
The Tech Lead Third Party pilots the overall delivery of the supplier, defines SLAs, monitors tech and quality risks.
Analyzes needs for integrating the solutions into other components of the Information System and coordinates the integration
Analyzes and challenges code developed by the supplier
Challenges supplier on effort estimation and required team size, supports on T-shirt sizing exercise for effort of new features/solutions development
Designs the overall technological architecture of the product with the help of the team
Is responsible for the technical design of the product which requires close alignment with the solution architect
Works with Product Owner to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical stack
Is a thought partner to the Product owner in story creation and acceptance criteria, and communicate tradeoffs effectively with other team members Tech Stack & Environment:
- HTML 5 / CSS 3, Responsive design, Preprocessing Less et Sass
- CMS/DAM solutions: Adobe AEM Sites & Assets (for our new stack)
- Software Factory: Git, Gitlab CI, Gulp, Webpack, Jest...
Seen as an expert within the technical components of the domains/products/journeys
Can make architecture decisions at a team and product level
Deep tech knowledge around platform architecture, frontend and backend frameworks and cloud
Experience in managing tech suppliers (e.g., set-up and monitoring of SLAs, challenge on estimations)
Experience in Agile Development, with specific Solution Architect (or similar) experience preferred
Understands relationship with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Design Lead and rest of technical team
Experience managing technical priorities within the Backlog
Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical decisions
