Job Description
- Supervision of the operation, inspection, maintenance, repair and correctness of the work entrusted to the technical infrastructure (equipment, installations, technical systems);
- Supervision of the work of subcontractors on the site and control of the quality of the services provided;
- Supervision of the management of entrusted materials, equipment and tools;
- Undertaking and organizing emergency and corrective interventions at the site;
- Drawing up a work schedule of subordinated employees;
- Technical documentation of the building and equipment, ensuring their timeliness of information and completeness;
- Initiated additional work and solutions in the facility;
- Compliance with health and safety regulations supervision of subordinate employees and subcontractors in this regard
Work Experience
- Technical education;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of commercial property, managerial or high-standard office buildings
- Knowledge of the basics of construction law;
- Knowledge of operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, FIRE, low current and BMS systems;
- Ability to lead a technical team and conduct administrative matters in accordance with specific procedures;
- Min. permissions SEP Gr. I and II E, welcome in terms of surveillance;
- Advanced knowledge of computer operation;
- Independence, communication, responsibility, ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships, teamwork, good organizational skills of time and work;
- Polish native language, fluent in English, written and spoken
