Join us in our Marketing Team as Vice President Economy & Midscale Brands Northern where you will be pivotal in delivering the vision and strategy for our Eco and Midscale brands ensuring they are clearly positioned, increasing brand conversion and growing market-share. This role is a 1 year fixed term contract.

Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:

Accountability 1 : Lead segment Brand Strategy & Planning

• Drive the NE 18-month/short-term brand strategy by segment ensuring business Key Performance Indicators are identified and achieved (BEAM, Google Analytics (GA) Traffic, RGI
• Oversee development of regional marketing plans aligned to global Strategic Marketing Plans (SMP) - (Promotion, Program, People, Product & Design) with total budget responsibility and adaption for country specific activations where relevant
• Oversee the PR, Social Media content and partnership strategy for NNE for brands including agency relationship ownership

Accountability 2 : Drive brand performance and market share

• Launch 'agile' paid, owned and earned content and brand relevant communication strategies to drive profitable market-share working with Content & Customer Experience (CX)/ Customer Acquisition (CA) domains.

Accountability 3 : Enhance guest experience & improve network modernity

• Define brand programs, pillars and touchpoints/markers to grow Reputation Performance Scores (RPS), and Brand LOVE
• Lead interaction with DTS (Design / Technical) for new hotel designs, NPD and markers
• Improve product modernity through enforced brand standards/brand audits and follow-up with partners and operations to drive improvement.
• Oversee development of Brand Culture/service programs

Accountability 4 : Stakeholder Management

• Be the 'visible' NE champion for your segment internally and to key partners
• Establish strong collaborative and influential working relationships with VPs across Sales Marketing, Distribution and Loyalty.

Accountability 5: Establish new NE team culture across PoE/PoP

• Build and coach the Marketing team, to improve team engagement and foster a culture of collaboration.

Your profile? You will come equipped with knowledge and experience from the Hotel/Hospitality markets. You will be commercially driven and be able to leverage concepts from the ground up within our large matrixed structure.

You will have the ingrained ability to network, build relationships, work at an international level and be able to lead, influence and advise across all levels.
