Job Description For (Vietnamese only) Assistant Chief Engineer - Yen Tu Destination

Yen Tu Destination, Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh province

Job Description

Manage the working operation and supervise the staff working.
On behalf of Chief Engineer receiving whole information regard to engineering when he is absent.
Deploying and handover the working.
Check the logbook and check again the information if it is not exactly.
Follow up and support for technician resolve issues regard to technical during duty time.
Check the email when Chief Engineer is absent.
Follow up the temperature at public area in BMS system in order to adjust for suitability.
Distribute the task for technician of three shift (Morning, Afternoon, Night).
Check all thing the quality of material when the supplier delivery to Purchasing Room.
Check the status of swimming Pool every day and report for Chief Engineer.
Follow up the maintenance request if it has not completed yet and assign for technician carry out.
Follow up defect list incomplete and pushing the contractor
Follow up progress of PPM maintenance
Follow up progress of complete form "guest room check list Accorhotels" of technician
Attending in meeting brief if Chief Engineer is absent.

Work Experience

Minimum 2 years relevant experience working in a similar capacity.
Vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies, or degree in hotel maintenance
Must have practical and theoretical skills in related areas: cold-storage, air-conditioning, and building pathology, water processing, Public Building regulations
Good command of written and spoken in both Vietnamese and English
