Job Description For VP Commercial Systems & Pricing - Northern Europe

Our Commercial Systems, Pricing and Offers team is looking for a new leader, as VP Commercial Systems & Pricing, for Northern Europe. This role reports in to the SVP Revenue Management and Business Intelligence.
Supported by the 7 talents, you will be the strategic lead of Commercial Systems and Pricing in Northern Europe. You will also develop and oversee large scale technical projects with multi-functional scope and related change management, enabling Revenue Management to drive and optimise revenue more effectively.
Your scope will be focused on more than 1100 hotels, both Franchised and Managed properties.
- Commercial Systems & Pricing Roadmap:
Define the commercial systems and pricing roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders, track performance and evaluation. Deliver the implementation and optimization of new and existing tools and highest level of system standards.
- Project Management & Business Cases:
Oversee large scale projects for commercial systems and pricing activities inclusive of pilot testing, planning and communication. Builds business cases outlining cost, revenue gain and implementation needs to activate multi-functional projects.
- Standards and Processes :
Rigorous assessment and development of existing technology and pricing/offer management activities to ensure system standards are in place and maintained. Ensures a support infrastructure is in place for hotels/ region related to systems and pricing aspects.
Work with the relevant system vendors as first point of contact and build strong relationships at all required levels. Work in liaison with relevant stakeholder in Accor Head Quarters as necessary to achieve set deliverables. Constant evaluation of new partners in the industry to keep a best in class vendor approach.
- Interaction with Key Stakeholders
Build strong relationship and trust with key stakeholders (Hotels, Region, IT, Corporate) to ensure risk and opportunities are assessed and actioned in mutual cooperation for the benefit of RM teams, hotels and partners. Who are you?
You're a proven manager and leader, with at least 10 years of experience in Revenue Management or Central support working with Commercial Systems (PMS, RMS, CRS, Upsell Tools, ...), ideally obtained in the Hospitality industry or related one. Experience of rolling out Revenue Management systems and related tools is also key.
You're fluent in English (verbal & written), another European language (French, German, Polish) would be a strong asset. What is in it for you?
