Job Description

Performing all aspects of guest services in Restaurant, Bar, Room service, and Banquet to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction in accordance with the Hotel's standards
Create meaningful experience through all activities and occasions
Handle guests requests promptly and efficiently.
Strictly abides by standards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency

Work Experience

Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management or other
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Ability to speak other languages will be an advantage
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity is primary preferred
Freshly new graduated also welcome, Training will be provided
Fully vaccinated for SHA+
MICROS system knowledge is an advantage
Excellent communication and customer contact skills
Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
A team player, Self-motivated and energetic
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
